Hi there friends, I’m Dempsey Warren. I am a to-do list lovin’ leader who is passionate about Jesus & the way He gathered and celebrated people. Even as a 7-year old, I had a deep desire to bring people together to celebrate and the drive to make it happen (shout out to my mom for letting her 7-year old plan Christmas). Since then, those innate desires have been refined through receiving my B.B.A. in Sports, Event, and Tourism Management, my M.B.A. in Marketing & Management and valuable experience in the wedding, corporate event & non-profit industries.
When I’m not busy working on creating spaces of celebration for my clients, you can catch me creating spaces of celebration in my own home. Whether that is Friends-Giving with 80 of my “closest” friends or my husband and me sitting down with our families, I truly believe that life is best lived around the table.
Hi there, I’m Whitney Warren! I love the simple joys found in the day to day. From the perfect ratio Arnold Palmer, to rainbow beaded bracelets, to my recent obsession with the color pink (maybe because I am surrounded by boys in my house?), each day brings something to enjoy. You can find me on the dance floor at any event but currently in the seasons of getting my groove on in the kitchen before dinnertime with my three sons. My husband balances me out and has given me a life I used to pray for. The story of him trying to meet me is one for the books. God’s grace is so sweet!
I grew up in DFW and left home to attend Kilgore College as a Rangerette and then to Baylor University. Now I call San Antonio home. My background in helping build a retail brand and fostering relationships with influencers and non-profits has brought many lessons but has led me to a strong belief that most things can be remedied with kindness and quick thinking. I’m your girl for a good laugh and gentle reminders to enjoy the season. I hope to serve you in a way where you feel confident in your upcoming event and have a peace of mind throughout. With a background in accounting and a career rooted in both corporate and non-profit event planning, I bring a detail-oriented and budget-conscious approach to every project. While my full-time focus is on corporate and non-profit events with a local firm, I especially light up when I get to help plan weddings — they’re the true highlight of my calendar.
Though numbers have always been my foundation, I’ve long had a passion for creative collaboration and bringing people together. As a project manager, I thrive on taking ownership, solving problems, and rising to the challenge — all while making the planning process smooth and (dare I say?) fun.
When I’m not onsite at an event or deep in a planning spreadsheet, you’ll likely find me teaching a Pilates class, hanging out with my petite pug Penny, hiking in Colorado, or sipping wine in Napa.
Hey, there! I’m Alexis Blanchard, and I believe life’s moments should be celebrated and spent with the ones you love! On any given day, you can catch me with a coffee in my hand, playing with my daughter or joking around with my husband. Even more likely, we are probably chasing our “royal” corgi around the house.
As the daughter of a pilot and flight attendant, I grew up traveling with my family all around the world. I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. I am Texas born and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Event Management and Floral Design. I fell in love with events in college and haven’t stopped since! For the past several years, I coordinated and managed events for the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park. From weddings and galas, to concerts and conferences (and a whole lot of baseball in between), I had the opportunity of planning a wide variety of events all over the ballpark.
My family and I moved to San Antonio in 2021 and have fallen in love with the city and it’s amazing people. I love collaboration and believe there is always a solution to any challenge. I cannot wait to work with you to make your vision come to life. Let’s do it!

In John 2, the scripture on which Water To Wine Hospitality is founded, Jesus was at a wedding and they ran out of wine. We had the pleasure of working with the Water to Wine team for 8 months leading up to our wedding. The whole process became a dream thanks to the guidance of Dempsey , Whitney, and Megan. They took the stress out of many things and made making decisions FUN. They were also great at bringing together the overall design of the event. Where the Water to Wine team really excelled was during the week and day-of the wedding. The wedding was at a private ranch with many logistics and the entire team made the event flow without a hiccup. Every guest was stunned at how perfectly planned and executed everything was. This allowed us and the entire family to truly enjoy the weekend. I cannot recommend the entire Water to Wine team enough. They will go above and beyond to give you the event of your dreams and become close friends throughout the process.

Water to Wine is beyond amazing - I have had the privilege of having Dempsey's and her team's help as I've planned not one but two weddings in the past 10 months. Two of my daughters got married within a few months of each other, and so many people asked me if that has been stressful to plan, and I always answer - no, not really, because I've had THE best support. From the many planning details to the countless day-of details and unexpected events, Dempsey made sure everything went so smoothly and truly listened to each of my daughters to make their days went just as they hoped for. She had excellent advice on which vendors to use and helped us make decisions and then ensured that all went according to plan. And somehow she does it all with joy and fun and never seems stressed - which makes everyone else feel positive as well! My second daughter to get married, was the very first wedding at my sister's new venue. There were many unknowns since the venue was under construction during some of the planning, and still she helped my daughter's vision come to life even when many decisions had to be made before the venue was complete. Dempsey is a joy to work with and has become a friend along the way - definitely one of the blessings I will always be thankful for when I look back on this wedding season for our family!

Where do we start? Water to Wine Hospitality and Dempsey Warren are a one-in-a-million company. My husband and I worked with Dempsey Warren selecting her month-of package and it was the BEST decision we made concerning the planning of our wedding. We even ended up whispering to each other, "What would we do without Dempsey" multiple times.
We did the bulk of our planning and I went back-and-forth about hiring a coordinator because I thought we could make it work.... I met with Dempsey and she explained her value and it was clear we would need lots of help because we didn't account for the many day-of moving parts. We originally selected Water to Wine Hospitality because of the company's values. We quickly realized they are not all talk, the fruit is the evidence! Dempsey and her team are extremely caring, flexible, HIGHLY organized and trained, kind, detail oriented, and go-getters. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true.
